These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SydniCORE LLC ("SydniCORE," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI automation company operating at www.sydnicore.com.

By accessing our website, using our services, or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of our website and services, including clients, visitors, and anyone who interacts with our SMS messaging program.

2 SydniCORE SMS Program

SydniCORE LLC operates the SydniCORE SMS program to communicate with clients, prospects, and opted-in users via text messaging. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary and requires your express written consent.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any of our channels (website forms, verbal consent, written consent, or keyword opt-in), you agree to receive text messages from SydniCORE LLC as described in these Terms.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from SydniCORE LLC.

3 SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from SydniCORE, you agree to receive messages related to appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, service updates, and customer support communications.

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their phone number during direct interactions such as consultations, service inquiries, or onboarding processes.

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected prior to messaging and is documented and maintained internally.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@sydnicore.com.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive SMS messages from SydniCORE.

SydniCORE only sends SMS messages to users who have provided prior express consent and does not use purchased or third-party lead lists.

SydniCORE may send messages using automated technology.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

4 Description of Messaging Service

The SydniCORE SMS program is designed to keep you informed and connected with our services. Through this program, you may receive the following types of text messages:

• Appointment Reminders & Confirmations: Notifications about scheduled calls, consultations, or service appointments.
• Service Updates & Notifications: Important updates about your account, active projects, or service delivery.
• Onboarding Messages: Guidance and next steps when you begin working with SydniCORE LLC.
• Follow-Up Communications: Automated follow-up messages related to inquiries or proposals.
• Promotional & Marketing Messages: Information about new services, special offers, or company announcements.
• Transactional Notifications: Billing confirmations, payment reminders, and account-related alerts.

Messages may be sent using automated technology, including automated dialing systems and pre-written message templates. SydniCORE LLC reserves the right to modify the types of messages sent under this program at any time with reasonable notice.

5 Message & Data Rates

The cost of each message depends on your individual mobile carrier plan and the type of message (SMS or MMS). Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

SydniCORE LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier in connection with your participation in the SydniCORE SMS program.

Supported Carriers: The SydniCORE SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and regional carriers. Carrier availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may vary.

6 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is based on your level of engagement with SydniCORE LLC's services. The number of messages you receive depends on factors such as:

• Active service agreements or ongoing projects with SydniCORE LLC.
• Scheduled appointments or consultations.
• Your responses and interactions with our automated messaging workflows.
• Promotional campaigns or announcements we send to opted-in subscribers.

On average, you may receive up to several messages per week depending on your activity level. During active onboarding or service delivery periods, message frequency may be higher. You may receive fewer messages during inactive periods.

You can manage or stop messages at any time using the opt-out instructions provided in Section 6 below.

7 Opt-Out Instructions

You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS messages from SydniCORE LLC at any time. We provide the following methods to unsubscribe:

Additional Opt-Out Methods: In addition to replying STOP, you may opt out by:

• Emailing us at dwayne@sydnicore.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and your mobile number.
• Calling us at 678-414-6555 and requesting removal from our SMS list.

Opt-out requests are processed promptly, typically within 24 hours. If you continue to receive messages after opting out, please contact us directly.

9 Use of Our Services

By using SydniCORE LLC's services, you agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary AI automation systems or methodologies.
• Not use our services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or systems.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information provided to you.

SydniCORE LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, AI systems, workflows, branding, and intellectual property on our website and within our services are the exclusive property of SydniCORE LLC or our licensors, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our materials.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

11 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SydniCORE LLC does not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Results obtained from our AI automation services will meet specific business outcomes.
• All SMS messages will be delivered successfully, as delivery depends on third-party carriers.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SydniCORE LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SydniCORE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our services or website.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any content or information you provide to us.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Your continued use of our services or participation in the SydniCORE SMS program after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and opt out of our SMS program.
